Vision
222 Training seeks to:
- Encourage leaders through Mentoring, Pastoral Care and facilitating Ret
- Equip leaders by offering quality, biblically based Training; making available quality Resources; and by conducting Workshops and conducting Ministry Consultancy or Ministry Development.

Brendon Birch B.Min. Adv.Dip Th. Cert.IV A&WT
Brendon Birch grew up in Melbourne and studied at the Bible College of Victoria, completing his Bachelor of Ministries (Evangelism) and Advanced Diploma of Theology. Brendon has been married to Jacqui for eight years and has two sons aged 5 and 3.
Brendon has over 10 years of ministry experience to young people in a variety of contexts. As a qualified trainer, Brendon has trained over 650 people.
Brendon is the State Youth Director for Baptist Youth Ministries Tasmania; a Consultant-in-training with Church Consultancy Tasmania; serves as the Tasmanian Facilitator for Youth Vision Australia delivering ACOM's degree level youth ministry subjects; and is the Australian contact for YouthTRAIN.
